Shipping Fees  

We offer free shipping for orders over $300 in most regions (fees apply below $300). Charges vary by location, weight, and product type (e.g., salon & spa equipment may incur higher fees). Final costs display at checkout.  

Delivery Time  

After payment confirmation, we process skincare, makeup, or tattoo aftercare orders within 48 hours. Tracking numbers are emailed within ~72 hours.Hair care or piercing jewelry shipments may face slight delays during peak seasons.  

Customer Authentication Policy  

To combat fraud, we verify suspicious transactions—especially for high-value salon & spa tools or bulk makeup/skincare orders. Additional documentation may be requested.  

Lost Package & Responsibility  

-Recipient’s duty: Ensure accurate addresses (e.g., for perishable hair care or tattoo supplies). No recovery if lost due to incorrect details.  

-Our duty: Cover losses caused by couriers (e.g., damaged piercing equipment or spilled skincare products).  

Import Taxes  

-Makeup, tattoo inks, or salon devices may incur customs fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility.  
-South America: Taxes for hair care/piercing orders are included upfront.  

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?  

Processing takes 24hrs (longer during makeup/skincare sales). Once shipped:

2. Allow 2–3 days for tracking updates.
